The SED-40PTG Effervescent Tablets Tube Filling Machine is specifically designed for packaging larger, thinner tablets into bobbin bottles or tubes. This advanced system arranges tablets in a single row with overlapping placement for optimal packaging efficiency.

Featuring PLC centralized control with fiber optic and photoelectric detection systems, this machine delivers stable performance and reliable automated operation. It automatically alerts operators and shuts down during no-tablet, no-bottle, or no-cover scenarios. All tablet-contact surfaces utilize premium 316 stainless steel construction, ensuring full GMP compliance.

Tablets are conveyed from the hopper via vibration system. As tablets pass through the sieving unit, surface powder and debris are removed while qualified tablets are automatically directed into the track according to preset quantities. After proper alignment, tablets are horizontally pushed into tubes. The tube flip mechanism then rotates tubes from horizontal to vertical orientation for capping. Tubes with insufficient tablets are automatically rejected without capping.
