Product Overview
This machine is used for drying and sterilizing Borui bottles such as oral liquid bottles and penicillin bottles. The bottles enter the preheating zone, high-temperature sterilization zone, and cooling zone, and use the principle of hot air laminar disinfection to perform short-term high-temperature sterilization on the bottles. There are hundred level laminar flow cleaning devices installed in both the import and export, as well as the cooling section, to ensure compliance with purification requirements. The control system consists of a frequency converter, display, temperature control recorder, and differential pressure gauge. The entire machine has the advantages of compact structure and high degree of automation, and meets GMP requirements.
