Bucket Elevator

Bucket hoist is a continuous conveying machine that vertically lifts materials by using a series of hoppers that are uniformly fixed on endless traction members. It uses a series of hoppers that are fixed on traction chains or adhesive tapes to convey bulk materials upward in vertical or near vertical direction. It is divided into three types: ring chains, plate chains and belts.

Bucket hoist is a kind of conveying equipment for vertically lifting materials. It has the advantages of simple structure, low maintenance cost, high conveying efficiency, high lifting height, stable operation, wide application range, etc.

(1) The driving power is small. It adopts the intensive arrangement of inflow feeding, induced discharging and large-capacity hopper, and there is almost no material returning and digging during material lifting, so the ineffective power is small.

(2) The lifting range is wide. Such hoists have less requirements on the types and characteristics of materials. They can not only lift general powdery and small granular materials, but also lift materials with greater grinding and polishing properties, with good sealing performance and less environmental pollution.

(3) Good operation reliability, advanced design principles and processing methods ensure the reliability of the whole machine operation, and the failure-free time exceeds 20,000 hours. The lifting height is high. The hoist runs smoothly, so a higher lifting height can be achieved.

(4) The service life is long, the feeding of the hoist adopts inflow type, no bucket is needed to dig the material, and extrusion and collision between materials are seldom occurred. This machine is designed to ensure that the materials are not scattered during feeding and discharging, thus reducing mechanical wear.
