PTFE coated fiberglass fabric (Teflon fiberglass cloth) is the top industrial insulation material, surpassing silicone and PU coated fabrics in multiple critical indicators.

Combining high-performance PTFE (Teflon) fluoropolymer and strong fiberglass base cloth, this composite material delivers reliable heat resistance, non-stick feature and long service life, suitable for conveyor belts, electrical insulation and heavy-duty thermal protective covers.

Silicone and PU coated materials degrade at 150°C~250°C, while our PTFE fabric works steadily at maximum 315°C.

Different from silicone and PU cloth, PTFE fabric features permanent non-stick property and strong anti-corrosion ability, avoiding premature aging under harsh industrial environments.
