The High Speed Microwave Chinese Herb Extraction Machine combines microwave extraction vacuum and vacuum technology according to the principle of different boiling points of liquid under different pressures. The microwave extraction can be carried out at room temperature of 20 °C~30 °C.
The equipment is mainly used in chemical reaction and chemical separation, heating and cooling, liquid extraction, gas absorption and other chemical and physical changes in chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, dye, biochemical, food and other industrial production processes.
The microwave extraction equipment uses microwave to non-contact whole heating of the material, which avoids the disadvantages of the heat transfer heating of the traditional process, and makes the material extraction effect better.
The selective heating of the microwave allows the material to be uniformly heated at the same time.
