Automatic Dog Food Pellet Machine Pet Food Processing Line is applied to produce dry and wet type different shapes dog food (pet fishes,cultured fishes etc.). The puffing degree can be adjusted to produce floating or sinking feed type. This production line also produce dog, cat, bird feed and so on. The whole production line is stainless steel. It is fully continuous and automatic. The final shapes and sizes can be various by changing the moulds. Free formula and moulds is provided.

Mixer
It is a mixer which can mix all the raw materials (powder form) with water and liquid chemical additives.
Screw conveyor
The mixed materials can be conveyed in the stainless steel roller to the feeding machine (feeder) of extruder without any leaking, dusting and pollution; Feed quantity and speed is even and stable.
Extruder (with feeder, control boxand cutting system)
The Twin-screw extruder is made of the feeding system, extruding system, cutting system, heating system and controlling system.

Dryer
The heating way is electricity heating.

Cooling conveyor
1.The main function of cooling conveyor is to cool the products after drying.All parts are stainless steel, which meets the requirements of food safety.
2.Using fans to decrease the temperature of products with low energy and good effect.
3.The standard length is 5m, it could be customized as well.
