Working principle:
The working principle of hot air equipment is that wet slices enter into the dryer from the vertical top of the dryer and fill the whole dryer, The hot air door blows in the lower part of the dryer and passes through the whole slicing material layer in the dryer and is discharged from the back door top for recycling, The dried slices are discharged from the bottom of the dryer.
