Introduction

 This production line is developed for the large amount of nutrients lost in rice during the traditional rice milling process. Rice and its by-products can be made into products with extremely high added value through the extrusion process. In this process, broken rice and rice bran can be reused. The whole production process is simple and easy to operate: the crushed rice is crushed and mixed with a certain amount of water, oil, etc. At a certain temperature, the raw materials are cooked in the extruder, and then extruded through the mold to form a rice shape, and finally the reconstructed Rice grains are dried at low temperature. This extrusion technology effectively avoids the loss of nutrients and becomes a fortified rice with rich nutrition.

Mixing machine: a machine for mixing raw materials, auxiliary materials and water, with moderate speed and uniform mixing.

Screw conveyor: use the screw mechanism to lift the raw materials mixed by the powder mixer into the host feeder.

Twin-screw extruder: squeeze, ripen, and shape the raw materials delivered.

Vibration cooler: achieve the purpose of cooling by vibration.

Air conveyor: Use wind power to send products to the dryer.

Dryer: low temperature heating, dehydration of nutrient rice to a certain degree.

Cooling conveyor: reduce the temperature of particles, and facilitate packaging.

Packaging machine: manual sealing machine and automatic packaging machine can be used.

Features

1. The whole machine is made of stainless steel.
2. The drying box adopts the circulation drying technology, which has high thermal efficiency utilization rate, uniform drying and good airtightness. It takes 30-40 minutes for the feed to dry in the drying box, and the feed is about 10kg per square. 10 m drying area per 100 kg of raw material
3. Dehydration is 12-15kg for every 100kg of raw materials. Drying box drying temperature: 85-90 ℃
4. By changing the production formula, it is possible to produce floating fish feed, shrimp and crab feed that are popular in the market.
