Details
 

Mixing machine: Add a certain percentage of water to the raw material corn flour, rice flour, soybean flour, meat flour, cereal flour, additives, etc. and mix well.

Screw conveyor: Use the motor to drive the spiral conveying to transfer the mixed raw materials to the feeding hopper of the extruder to ensure convenient and fast feeding.

Extruder:In the extruder, due to the rubbing of two rotary plates, the corn grits are squeezed and twisted to curls shapes. The cutting knives can cut them into required length.

Air conveyor: Convey food to the oven.

Multi-layer oven: The oven is mostly an electric oven. The temperature is adjusted by the control cabinet between 0-200 degrees. The interior is a stainless steel double-layer mesh bag to reduce the moisture of food particles, promote the maturation rate and increase the shelf life.

Flavoring line: According to the output and product properties, the oil is sprayed on the surface of the food dust and spices, sprinkle evenly.

Cooling conveyor: Genereally there are fans over the stainless belt. It can also take the food from one workshop to another.

Packaging machine: manual sealing machine and automatic packaging machine can be used.
