Digital and Analog Non-Contact Vortex Liquid Flow Meter

 1. General Introduction:

Vortex flowmeter is developed based on the principle of Karman vortex research. It is mainly used for the flow measurement of industrial pipes such as steam, gas, liquid and other mediums. Hardly affected by fluid density, pressure, temperature, viscosity and other factors, it achieves small pressure loss, large measuring range, high accuracy and long-time stability in the measurement of actual volume flow.

 

2. Technical Features:

  • Adopts simple structure, easy for installation and maintenance;
  • Supports pulse signal output or two-wire system 4-20mA current signal output;

  • No-contact with the mediums during measurement ensures stable performance and long-term life;

  • Low pressure loss and consumption;

  • Wide measurement range and high accuracy. The highest ratio could be up to 20:1;

  • Assemble with anti-interference circuit and anti-vibration sensors, making sure of the anti-vibration performance of the product.

  • Wide range of the working temperature which can be -40℃ to +350℃.
