Product Description

Thermal Conductivity Hydrogen Sensor KGD-ATRS-211

Product Introduction

The Thermal Conductivity Hydrogen Sensor KGD-ATRS-211 is a thermal conductivity (TC) hydrogen sensor. By adopting the method of gas thermal conductivity measurement, it realizes early and rapid warning for the thermal runaway of automotive power batteries, the energy storage of lithium batteries, and the application of hydrogen energy, thus improving safety. At the same time, it can effectively monitor hydrogen leakage and transmit the measurement signals to the main control system through CAN communication. This solution has remarkable features such as accurate measurement, fast response time, a large measurement range, low power consumption, and a long service life.

Product Features

  • The measurement of H2 adopts thermal conductivity technology (TC), and the accuracy can reach ±(0.1%vol + 10% of the reading) within the measurement range of 0~4%vol.
  • Fast response time, with T80 ≤ 2s, and the service life can reach 15 years.
  • The sensor adopts a mature automotive-grade circuit design and can adapt to harsh vehicle-mounted and energy storage environments.
  • Real-time CAN communication, and the protection level can meet the requirements of IP54.
