Product Introduction

The KGD-MQ-504 on-line gas analysis system is specifically designed for challenging working conditions where sample gas contains dust, moisture, and tar. The system comprises three main components: a pretreatment unit, a control unit, and a gas analysis unit.

Utilizing non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) gas analysis technology with independent intellectual property rights, this system can simultaneously and continuously measure the calorific value of coal gas and biogas online. It also measures volume concentrations of gases including CO, CO₂, CH₄, H₂, O₂, and CₙHₘ, while calculating calorific values. This capability enhances coal gas utilization efficiency, promotes energy conservation, reduces consumption, and ensures industrial site safety.

  • Pretreatment Unit: Features long service life and stable performance. Offers straight-tube or steam sampling probes for different tar content levels, effectively removing tar from sample gas. Includes single-stage refrigerator for moisture removal and two-stage filtration to ensure long-term online instrument operation.
  • Control Unit: Provides fully automated detection with simple operation. Controlled by PLC program, automatically handles water changes in water scrubber, sampling, and troubleshooting operations.
  • Gas Analysis Unit: Simultaneously measures gas volume concentration and calorific value. Uses Gasboard-3100 (online type) coal gas analyzer with independent intellectual property rights for online gas analysis and detection. Measures volume concentrations of multi-component gases including CO, CO₂, CH₄, H₂, O₂, and CₙHₘ, automatically calculating and displaying calorific values for coal gas and biogas, replacing combustion-type calorific value meters.
  • Low Maintenance and Operation Costs: Equipped with 10-inch touch screen for real-time system operation monitoring and display, eliminating need for manual on-site operation and significantly reducing enterprise costs.
  • Intelligent Data Management: Data can be transmitted to superior centralized control systems through multiple interfaces, providing real-time basis for remote monitoring and on-site process adjustments.
