Product Introduction

The KGD-MQ-512 Direct-Insertion Oxygen Analyzer uses a high-precision zirconia sensor and has an integrated direct-insertion sampling design. It can quickly and accurately conduct on-line detection of the oxygen content in flue gas generated during the combustion process of various common combustion equipment.

Through real-time on-line detection and analysis, it monitors the residual oxygen content in flue gas generated during fuel combustion.   • The oxygen concentration can be calibrated on-site with air or standard gas to ensure measurement accuracy.
  • Full-process alarm function. When the oxygen content exceeds the alarm set value, a contact alarm signal will be issued.
  • High-temperature protection for important components. When the internal temperature of the meter head is too high, a temperature alarm prompt will be issued.
  • Adopts two signal transmission methods, RS485 and 4-20mA, to meet various on-site working conditions.
