Product Introduction

The KGD-MQ-525 Online Gas Analysis System is engineered for challenging industrial environments where sample gases contain dust, moisture, and tar. This comprehensive system comprises three integrated components: pretreatment unit, control unit, and gas analysis unit.

Utilizing proprietary non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) gas analysis technology, the system provides continuous, real-time measurement of volume concentrations and calorific values for multiple gases including CO, CO₂, CH₄, H₂, O₂, C₂H₂, C₂H₄, and CnHm. It is ideally suited for online gas monitoring applications in coke oven gas, high-coke gas, biomass gas, and gas holder processes, enhancing gas utilization efficiency, promoting energy conservation, reducing consumption, and ensuring industrial site safety.

Available with straight-tube or steam sampling probes tailored to varying tar content levels, effectively removing tar from sample gases. Equipped with single-stage refrigeration for moisture removal and multi-stage filtration to ensure long-term online operation.
  • Control Unit: Fully automated detection with simplified operation. PLC-program controlled for automatic gas washing and sampling cycles, complemented by comprehensive fault self-diagnosis capabilities.
  • Gas Analysis Unit: Simultaneous measurement of gas volume concentration and calorific value. Incorporates the proprietary Gasboard-3100 (online type) gas analyzer for comprehensive online gas analysis, capable of measuring multiple gas components and automatically calculating and displaying calorific values for gas and biomass gas applications.
  • High Safety: Certified explosion-proof grade of Ex d IIC T4 Gb for hazardous environment operation.
