The KGD - MQ - 531 Biogas Analyzer (Smart Portable Type) features a portable design. It adopts non-dispersive infrared gas analysis technology with independent intellectual property rights and long-life electrochemical sensing technology. It can simultaneously measure the volume concentrations of gases such as CH4, CO2, H2S, and O2 in biogas components online. While inheriting the advantages of the previous-generation product such as high accuracy and no consumables, its volume has been reduced by 75% and its weight by 60%, making it outstandingly compact and more convenient to carry.

- Portable Body Design: Easy to carry, it can meet the needs of both on-site industrial measurement and laboratory air-bag sampling analysis.
- High Measurement Accuracy: With a modular sensor design, it can simultaneously measure the volume concentrations of gases such as CH4, CO2, H2S, and O2 in biogas components online. CO and H2 sensors can be extended, and there is no cross-interference among multi-component measured gases.
- Stable Working Performance: The sensor adopts a dual-channel design, which is highly stable. It has a self-diagnosis function and can check the sensor status online.
- Intelligent Battery Management: Equipped with a soft-start power switch and intelligent battery management to prevent the instrument from operating under low-battery conditions.
- Simple Data Management: Automatically stores measurement data, with query and deletion functions. Data can be transmitted to the superior centralized control system through multiple interfaces.
