Product Introduction

The KGD-SF-502 Gas Comprehensive Analyzer is a high-performance gas analysis instrument. Based on the principles of Ultraviolet Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy (UV-DOAS) and Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology, it adopts a reliable and stable light source, high-performance detector, and precise signal processing circuit.

It features high measurement accuracy, strong anti-interference ability, and stable performance during long-term use. It is especially suitable for measuring low-concentration SO2, H2S, and CO components in the gas decomposition products of KGD-SF-502.

The system consists of a light source, a gas cell, and a detector. Using UV-DOAS and TDLAS technologies, it determines the concentration of the measured gas by measuring the light intensity entering the sensor. The ultraviolet measurement part uses an imported xenon lamp light source and a high-resolution spectrometer. The software applies the UV-DOAS algorithm. Combined with a long-optical-path folded-back gas cell, it can accurately measure H2S and SO2 gases in KGD-SF-502 gas without being interfered by background gases.

The product adopts a modular design for easy installation. It is equipped with a dew-point measurement unit that can provide real-time feedback on the trend of equipment signal changes. Operations such as calibration and standardization can be carried out through RS-232/RS-485 communication interfaces, which is convenient for customers to integrate and maintain.
