KGD-YQ-516 UV-DOAS Flue Gas Analyzer with High-Temperature Tracing for 0.01 mg/m³ Resolution in Fixed Pollution Sources
The High - temperature UV Flue Gas Analyzer KGD - YQ - 516 uses ultraviolet differential (UV - DOAS) combined with hot - wet extraction sampling technology to achieve the function of directly measuring high - temperature raw flue gas. It can simultaneously measure the concentrations of SO₂, NO, and NO₂ (other factors can be expanded) in the flue of fixed pollution sources. Compared with the traditional cold - dry method, it does not require any condensation equipment, avoiding the condensation loss of substances such as SO₂, and has higher measurement accuracy. The raw flue gas can be analyzed through a simple flow path, effectively reducing the instrument failure rate and subsequent maintenance workload.
- Full - process high - temperature tracing. The raw flue gas is directly analyzed inside the analyzer without any condensation equipment, avoiding the loss of components such as SO₂.
- Special structural design. The measuring gas cell can be cleaned, facilitating subsequent maintenance.
- Pulsed xenon lamp light source with good stability and a service life of more than 5 years.
- Adopting UV - DOAS technology, effectively avoiding the interference of background factors such as water and dust.
- The optical path has no mechanical moving parts, with strong vibration resistance.
- The measuring cell adopts long - optical - path multiple - return technology, with a low detection limit.
- Simultaneously measures NO and NO₂ without the need for a NOₓ converter.
