Product Introduction
The KGD - YQ - 529 Ship Exhaust Emission Monitoring System can simultaneously monitor the volume concentrations of multi - component gases such as SO₂, NOₓ, CO, CO₂, HC, and O₂ in ship exhaust emissions and the exhaust gas treatment process online. It is a reliable ship exhaust emission monitoring solution launched in accordance with international and domestic industry standards such as MARPOL Annex VI, GB15097 - 2016, and GD01 - 2011.
Product Features
- Pretreatment Unit: A German KNF sampling pump with a pumping capacity of 6L/min is used to provide the driving force for the delivery of sample gas to the system. A TF3000 filter with a primary filtration accuracy of 5μm is used to filter the sample gas and separate the liquid water in it at the same time. An electronic condenser with 2 peristaltic pumps is used, and the dew point of the output sample gas is ≤ 5℃ to remove the gaseous water in the sample gas. A precision filter with a primary filtration accuracy of 0.1μm is used as the last - stage filter element before the sample gas enters the analytical instrument to ensure that the sample gas meets the requirements of the analytical instrument.
- System Control Unit: A mainstream PLC is used as the core control element, and an OMRON intermediate relay is used as the output element to automatically complete operations such as sampling, drainage, and fault handling.
- Gas Analysis Unit: Different gas analysis technologies can be optionally configured according to the customer's monitoring requirements to realize the online monitoring of the volume concentrations of multi - component gases such as SO₂, NOₓ, CO, CO₂, HC, and O₂.
