KSGYR322M Three Axis Digital Gyro
Product Introduction
KSGYR322M series solid state angular rate sensor (gyro) measures angular rate using micromechanoelectronic system (MEMS) technology chips. Manufactured with bipolar metal oxide semiconductor (BIMOS) technology production process and spherical grid arrangement of current carrier welding technology, it offers high reliability and package ruggedness. Features include Self-Test function for in-machine detection (BIT).
Operating Principle
KSGYR322M series angular rate sensors operate on the principle of resonator gyro. Two polysilicon sensitive structures, each containing a high-frequency vibrating frame, are driven electrostatically to resonate. The frame's outer ends form a capacitance-sensitive structure that detects Coriolis motion generated at the angular rate, producing an electrical signal proportional to the angular rate after amplification and modulation.
