KSGYR312M Triaxial Universal Angular Rate Gyro
The KSGYR312M series three-axis universal angular rate gyro is developed by Kacise for measuring three-axis angular rates. Each axis utilizes MEMS technology chips, offering high performance, low cost, high reliability, and rugged packaging with Self-Test functionality.
Operating Principle
The KSGYR312M operates on the resonator gyro principle, featuring two polysilicon sensitive structures with high-frequency vibrating frames. These frames generate Coriolis motion at angular rates, producing electrical signals that are amplified and modulated to output signals proportional to angular rate.
