Hydraulic Ultrasonic Flow Meter with RS485 Modbus Small Size for DN15-6000mm Liquid Measurement
The external clip type or pipe section type ultrasonic flow meter operates on the "velocity difference method," measuring liquid flow in pipes. It utilizes advanced multi-pulse technology, digital signal processing, and error correction to ensure adaptability to industrial environments, providing convenient, economical, and accurate measurements. Ultrasonic flowmeters find widespread applications in sewage treatment, tap water, pumping stations, power plants, petroleum, chemical industries, metallurgy, and more.
The KUF2000 series ultrasonic flowmeter is designed for long-term field measurements, offering three sensor types for pipeline flow measurement: clip type, insert type, and insert type. The sensor is equipped with a temperature sensor for flow compensation and heat measurement. An optional SD card can be used to store data.
Pipe section type ultrasonic flowmeter: Requires pipeline installation, has a small starting flow, high measurement accuracy, and no pressure loss.
External clamp-type ultrasonic flowmeter: Sensor placed outside the pipeline, no contact with the internal liquid, installation without damaging the pipeline, suitable for long-term online measurement.
Insert type ultrasonic flowmeter: Requires opening the pipe for installation, with the sensor in direct contact with the fluid, ensuring stable and reliable measurement.
