KVF Series Vibrating Fork Liquid / Solid Level Switch Tuning Folk Liquid Level Switch

KVF series is an compact vibrating fork liquid level switch. It can be applied to the level measurement of vessels and storage tanks under difficult conditions. It is not only suitable to use in foams, air bubbles, viscous liquid and conditions with complex vibrating interference, but also particularly suitable to be installed in small containers and tanks with constricted mounting space. It measures the liquid/solid level by detecting the change of the vibration frequency when the folk body is immersed in medium.

1. Working Principle:

KVF level switch fulfills the level measurement by detecting the change of the vibration frequency when the folk body is immerced in medium. The frequency of the tuning fork will obviously decreases when it contacts the medium, and the change shall be detected by the intelligent control circuit and converted into corresponding output signal.

• Self-learning function. I can directly detect the density of different medium via the buttons.
• The vibration amplitude of the fork is large which can be up to 10mm. It can shake off the low-viscosity local hanging material on the induction rod to avoid any error thus caused;
• Bright red LED warning light.
• Can be used for measurement of liquid, powder, solid particals and stickly medium.
