Digital RS485 Ultrasonic Distance Sensor with IP68 Protection and ≤1% Measurement Accuracy
This highly advanced sensor provides an extensive range of detection and ranging capabilities, spanning from very short distances to long-range ones. It is housed within a compact, robust PVC / PTFE enclosure that is ingeniously designed to meet the rigorous IP67 water intrusion standard. The power supply for its operation ranges from 13V to 30V, ensuring stable performance. It is capable of detecting objects ranging from as close as 0.2 meters to as far as 2 meters. The interface output format is the RS485 serial digital output, which offers precise and reliable data transmission.
For example, in an industrial manufacturing setting, this sensor could accurately detect the presence of components within a 0.2-meter range to ensure precise assembly. Or in a large-scale warehouse, it could monitor objects up to 2 meters away for efficient inventory management. The robust housing protects it from water intrusion, making it suitable for environments where moisture is a concern, such as outdoor storage areas. The wide power range allows it to be integrated into various systems with different voltage supplies, enhancing its compatibility and usability.
