Using micro-electromechanical systems (Micro Electro-Mechanical System, MEMS) technology, which combines angular rate and linear acceleration measurement as a whole, for the roll angle, pitch angle, three-dimensional and three-dimensional acceleration angular rate measurements. Attitude angle and angular rate deviation through Kalman filter algorithm to estimate and correct.
