Basic selection method, first need to know the product application scenario.

There are several elements of model selection:

  3. Energy spectral density of the environment,
  4. Installation requirements,
  5. other requirements.

1. Impact characteristics of the environment. From the different impact characteristics, it can be roughly divided into the following scenes:

1) Relatively common commercial application scenarios, such as road transportation, central air conditioning base, motor base, engine noise reduction, etc. Our conventional JGX series products can basically meet the requirements for such scenarios.

2) Harsh environment. Harsh environment includes armored vehicles, follow-through radar, high-power and strong vibration private service system, mining equipment, ocean-going ships, army mobile facilities, etc. The environment is harsh, the impact range is large, the temperature range is large, the working conditions are harsh. In this environment, the general impact is relatively large, complex working conditions, it is recommended to choose GX,GH, GN series products.

3) It is recommended to choose our JWZ series, JZP series and JMZ series under the condition of small installation space.

2. Load

After determining the application scenario, we need to confirm the range of static or dynamic loads which is the total weight of the equipment, and the vibration form of the environment in which the equipment is located, the vibration energy spectrum characteristics. For example, the static load is 100Kg. If four isolators are needed, the static load should be at least 25Kg.

3. Energy spectral density of the environment

The vibration isolator has its own resonant frequency, so we refer to the energy spectrum density of the application environment in the selection process, and choose the resonant frequency far away from the energy spectrum to compare several frequencies, so as to avoid the resonance of the load and isolator in the actual work, resulting in equipment and isolator failure.
