In general for weld preparation of heavy wall pipes the weld edge end has to be beveled in 0°, 30°, 37,5 ° or j-shape. Mostly companies use a heavy grinder for this work. This takes a long time, is not precise and causes terrible work conditions for the worker. Dust, vibrations and noise cause worker diseases. Low quality of weld preparation reduces the quality of welding junction and long working time increase production costs.
