Product Overview
Carbon Steel Oil-Free Self-Lubricating Bushings are engineered for dry running applications with exceptional wear resistance. These bushings feature a three-layer construction: low carbon steel backing, sintered bronze medial layer, and PTFE fiber self-lubricating surface.
Material Composition
  • PTFE with fibers: 0.01-0.03mm thickness
  • Sintered bronze powder: 0.2-0.35mm thickness
  • Low carbon steel: 0.7-2.3mm thickness
  • Copper or Tin coating: 0.008mm thickness
Note: Actual metallographic structure thickness is negotiable based on application requirements.
