The DST OMNI Circulating Valve is an annulus pressure-operated, reclosable circulating valve designed for oil well drilling operations. This multi-cycle tool can be repeatedly cycled using predetermined annulus pressure cycles, providing reliable performance in demanding well testing environments.
Product Overview
The OMNI Circulating Valve consists of four integrated sections: nitrogen chamber, oil system, circulating valve mechanism, and ball valve. Its design and functionality are comparable to Halliburton-type valves, offering proven reliability in downhole applications.

Operational Capabilities
During well testing operations, the OMNI Valve maintains closed circulating ports with the ball valve open for flow testing. When the drill stem test closes, the tool remains in test position throughout flow and shut-in periods. The workstring can be pressure-tested in blank position as the ball valve closes before circulating valve activation. In circulating position, with ports open and ball valve closed, fluids can be pumped in either direction through the tool.
