High Pressure Retrievable CHAMP Packer with DST Hydraulic Setting Tool
Full Bore Retrievable Packer Overview
The High Pressure CHAMP Packer represents an enhanced version of the RTTS Packer, featuring a concentric bypass design and exceptional pressure handling capabilities up to 15000 psi. This advanced packer maintains all RTTS Packer functions while providing superior circulating capabilities below the packer.
During deployment, the bypass remains open until mechanical slips are engaged via the J-Slot mechanism. A balancing piston system keeps the bypass securely closed during operation, utilizing work string pressure to prevent accidental opening during high-pressure applications.
