Full Bore Retrievable Packer for Downhole Operations
The Full Bore Retrievable Packer is a mechanical setting packer designed for 9 5/8" casing with 10000 PSI well testing capabilities. Featuring a full-opening design, this downhole tool allows unrestricted fluid flow and tool movement through the tubing bore while preventing swabbing effects during running and retrieval operations.
Operation Overview
The packer is run slightly below the expected setting position, then picked up and rotated several turns to set. In deep or deviated holes, multiple turns with the rotary may be required. The pressure-balanced bypass valve prevents swabbing effects during operations, while the circulating valve allows debris removal during release procedures.
