5 Inch 15000 PSI RD Circulating Valve Overview
The rupture disk circulating valve is an annulus pressure-operated tool designed for drill stem testing services in cased hole applications. When annulus pressure reaches the predetermined threshold, the rupture disk bursts, allowing pressure to activate the power mandrel and open circulating ports.

Operation Guidelines
Proper operating pressure calculation is essential before deployment. Required parameters include mud weight, bottom hole temperature, testing depth, and maximum annulus pressure. When used with annulus pressure-operated valves, maintain safety valve operating pressure at least 1,000 PSI above tester valve pressure.
