Product Overview
This specialized circulating valve supports multiple operational cycles in cased hole applications, including full-opening formation testing, oil tube tradition perforation, tube string testing, and combined perforation/formation testing operations. The advanced design eliminates limitations found in conventional circulating valves.
Operating Principle
The valve operates through controlled annulus pressure manipulation. Pressure increases drive hydraulic oil to displace check valve assemblies, while pressure releases allow nitrogen chamber pressure to reset the system. This pressure-balanced mechanism enables repeated cycling without performance degradation.

Safety & Operational Guidelines
- Conduct pressure tests with gradual increases: hold at 20MPa for one minute, then increment by 10MPa with one-minute holds until reaching rated pressure
- Position DST tools in test pits with protective boards covering pressure test plugs
- Maintain safe distance from plugs and joints during testing operations
- Establish isolation zones in test areas with restricted access
- Secure test areas to prevent equipment displacement during operations
