The Multi Cycle Circulating Valve is an annulus pressure-operated re-closable circulating valve with full bore capability. This tool, known as the OMNI valve in Halliburton systems, is designed for formation testing in cased holes, oil tube tradition perforating tube string testing, and cycle operations during perforation and full-opening formation testing.

• Hydraulic pump: 5L/minute capacity, minimum 20000 PSI working pressure
• Nitrogen pump: Minimum 10000 PSI working pressure
• Air compressor: Minimum 150 PSI (1MPa) working pressure
• Power supply, clamps, test caps, pressure gauges, box spanners, pressure collection systems, high-pressure piping, sensors, computers, and printers

• Clean environment: No sand or dust in production depositary
• Temperature range: 0-35°C

• Use only 20# silicone oil as lubricating oil for nitrogen chamber operation
• Nitrogen purity requirement: Minimum 99.9%
• Gradual pressure increase protocol: Hold at 20MPa for one minute, then every 10MPa increment for one minute until reaching rating pressure
• During pressure testing, tools must be placed in test pit with protective board covering pressure test plug
