Product Description
The 5" Tubing String Tester Valve (TST Valve) is an essential component of drill stem testing strings, designed for cased hole operations and oil well flow applications. This full-opening valve enables pressure testing of the workstring during run-in operations.
Product Overview
The TST Valve operates after being stung into a permanent or retrievable packer. Its robust construction includes a flapper valve with spring mechanism, locking dogs, and shear pin section for reliable downhole performance.

Operational Process
During run-in, the flapper valve remains open, allowing workstring fill-up while shear pins secure the mandrel. Pressure testing can be conducted multiple times as needed. Valve operation requires differential pressure between annulus and tubing to shear pins, enabling controlled well closing operations.
