Valve Construction

Inversion Mechanism
Comprising a J-slot mandrel and transposition lug, this mechanism features multiple index grooves on the J-slot mandrel where a pair of lugs from the transposition lug are inserted.
Time Delay Mechanism
This hydraulic time delay system includes valve sleeve, metering cartridge, internal valve, outer valve, and oil case, functioning as a one-way mechanism.
Ball Valve Section
Consisting of top coupling, seat holder, ball valve cage, ball valve assembly, operating pins, and ball valve case. The ball valve closes before the circulating port, ensuring separation between circulating medium and formation fluid.
