Testing Procedures
Internal Pressure Sealing Test
1. Install test sub on both ends and secure in tensile strength tester with sensors, pressure test pipeline, and test pump attached.
2. Fill tool with water to remove air, gradually increase pressure to 70 MPa, close stop valve, and maintain pressure for 15 minutes with zero leakage.
Movement Test
Secure case section in vise, rotate top adapter clockwise to limited position, then lift, rotate clockwise, and lower to limited position.
