High Pressure Retrievable RTTS Packer 13 5/8" - 70MPa Pressure Rating with 95.3mm ID for Oilfield Testing
The RTTS Packer is a full bore mechanical setting packer designed for high-pressure oilfield applications. When run into the well, the tool is positioned slightly below the desired setting depth, then picked up to the setting position and rotated to the right. Applying pipe weight sets the mechanical slips and compresses the packer elements against the casing wall, effectively isolating the annular space from the test zone.
The integrated hydraulic hold-down mechanism prevents packer movement during high-pressure operations by engaging slips against the casing interior, ensuring stable performance under demanding conditions.

- Before running into the well, verify mechanical slip flexibility by cycling the drag block sleeve
- Lock the J-slot in the drag block sleeve position during deployment
- Position tool slightly below desired setting depth, then pick up to setting position
- Rotate pipe to the right while maintaining torque
- Apply pipe weight to set mechanical slips and compress packer elements
