Safety Instructions
- During pressure testing, increase pressure gradually - hold at 20MPa for one minute, then maintain each 10MPa increment for one minute until reaching rating pressure
- Always place tools in test pit and cover pressure test plug with protective board
- Ensure all operators maintain safe distance from plugs and joints that may fail
- Establish isolation barriers in test areas and restrict access to authorized personnel only
