Wire section guide roll, press section guide roll, spread roll, dryer section guide roll and paper leading roll:

•  Dose not allow grith welds in roll.
•  Before processing, the roll body must correct shape.
•  Wire section, guide roll of press section, spread roll, dry section guide roll, paper leading roll: Before processing, the whole roll must annealing treatment.

Frame

•  Before welding, sheet and tube should rectify straight.
•  Before fine machining, it must mechanical vibration treatment to eliminate stress.

Casting parts
