This fully automatic hydraulic high-speed fluting paper machine produces A-grade high-strength fluting paper with weights ranging from 90-150g/m². The system includes wire forming, press, dryer, paper reeling, base, and auxiliary sections, delivering industrial-grade performance with ISO9001 certification.

Hydraulic headbox → Fourdrinier wire → Vacuum pick-up + four roll three press nips compound press roll → 49-set dryer cylinder arrangement: (1+4/4v)+4/4V+4/4v+9/1v+11/1V → Sizing machine → Air floating diverter → 16-set dryer cylinder arrangement: 5/4v+11/1v → Calender → Horizontal reeling machine. Dryer section features non-rope paper leading, while sizing and reeling machines use movable rope paper leading devices.

The equipment configuration ensures expected production capacity with priority given to internal and external performance requirements.
