- Wire section, press section guide rolls, spread rolls, dry section guide rolls, and paper leading rolls require complete annealing treatment before processing
Frame Construction Standards
- Sheets and tubes must be straightened before welding
- Mechanical vibration treatment required before fine machining to eliminate stress
Casting Component Specifications
- Big jumbo press rolls and dryer cylinders: thermal insulation treatment after casting to eliminate stress
- Other cast parts: annealing heat treatment after casting to eliminate stress
