Hydraulic Headbox System
This duplex board production line features three sets of hydraulic headboxes with dilution water systems. The headbox assembly includes pulp feed pipe, transition chamber, attenuation chamber, turbulence generator, and lip plate components, all securely connected with bolts for reliable operation.
Pulp flows through a single-side square taper main pipe and pipe bundle into the headbox. The opposite end of the square taper pipe incorporates a 10% reflux design, utilizing reflux control valves to maintain equal pressure throughout the system. The square taper main pipe includes inspection windows and sight glasses for monitoring.
