Three Wires Corrugated Cardboard Production Line
This advanced duplex paperboard making machinery features three separate forming wires (top wire, in-line wire, and bottom wire) that enable production using up to three different pulp types simultaneously. This multi-wire configuration provides superior control over paper grades and raw material costs.
Wire Section Components
The comprehensive wire section includes: headbox, wire table frame, breast roll with lifting device, de-watering element group, guide roll, doctor blades, high/low pressure spray pipes, edge spray pipes, tensioner, corrector, white water pan, drive roll, vacuum couch roll, combined roll, trim nozzle, paper leading nozzle, and couch roll broken paper pulping device.
Features stainless steel wire table frame covers, stainless steel connecting bolts throughout the wire section, and dewatering elements constructed from stainless steel welding with ceramic covers. The system employs a cantilever screen changing mold with integrated jacks on the operation side.
