Rolls description 

There are many guide rolls in this white top board paper making machine. We supply completed and all necessary rolls in the white top board paper making machine. Normally the quantity are as per final design. 

Here we specially describe the guide rolls in wire section. The roll cylinder is reeled from δ18mm, Q235A steel plate, surface chrome plated 0.06-0.08mm. Spindle head is cast iron, tempering and hardening treatment, taper 1:12. Spindle head and roll body adopts electric heating assembly. Bearing seat is ZG35. They adopts grease lubrication method.

First wire guide roll
