Description of press section

Press section of the corrugated board sheets making machine is composed of one vacuum pick up, one vacuum press and two big jumbo roll press. Total three press nip. Pressurize mold is hydraulic pressurize. Press section also equip with guide roll, paper leading roll, spread roll, corrector, tensioner, high & low spray pipe, water pan, suction box, doctor and roll changing cart etc. Connecting bolts adopts stainless steel. Felt suction box are welded by stainless steel, and all ceramic.

The corrugated board sheets making machine is a precision automatic paper making machine. Paper dryness out press section reaches 48%. The max. felt working tension is 10KN/M.
