Description of Vacuum press

Vacuum press is an important part of the recycling machine. There is one vacuum press in the press section. It's composed of two vacuum rolls. 

Vacuum roll is made of stainless steel. Wall thickness 50mm, surface rubber covered, rubber thickness 20mm, blind hole φ6mm, hole space 8mm, double helix arrangement, double suction chamber, max. suction width 5500mm, mini. suction width 5200mm. Correct dynamic balance after fine machining, non-balance amount not exceed 0.5% of its own weight. Sealing type adopts canvas and sealing belt.

Vacuum press upper roll is cast iron. Wall thickness 85mm, surface rubber covered, rubber thickness 20mm, hardness “A”97±2º. It adopts thin oil lubrication.
