Description of dryer section
This thick board paper making machine dryer section has 34sets of φ1800 dryer cylinders. Arrangement type is 1+3/3U+8+10 sizing machine+12. All dryers use antifriction bearing, and equip with thin oil lubrication system. Each group some dryer cylinders closed gear transmission, rest dryers are dragged by dry screen. Dry screen designed tension: 7KN/m.
The dryer cylinder is casting part, resign sand casting, cylinder body is HT250 has ferrosilicon and ferromanganese to increase strength, cover HT250. Journal taper 1:12, precision fit with bearing and with hydraulic withdraw oil hole.
