Stone press roll is important part of paper machine press section. Paper sheet after out from wire section, it brings much water.  The stone press roll will give high pressure to the wet paper sheet to squeeze the water out. Paper dryness after wire section is 22%, but after press section will reach to 46%.

The complete supply of rolls includes roll body, roll shaft, bearing house and so on, in which the shaft head is 45 # steel and quenched and tempered.

There are oil holes, oil grooves, oil nozzles and reliable lubrication points at all rotation, swing and sliding points. There is a reliable sealing device for each turning point.
