Paper mill machinery cylinder mould

Description

Cylinder mould is an important component in paper making machine, which ensure the continuous paper sheets. It's mainly composed of main shaft, spokes, stainless steel ribs and bearing, bearing house. It always equips with a cylinder vat. The cylinder vat will be welded from steel plate or concrete structure.

Its function is to filter the fiber in the pulp to to screen and forming paper sheet. The cylinder mould will helps to improve paper quality such as paper sheet uniform, eveness, stable basic weight and good tension ratio etc.

But paper making machine cylinder mould is quick wear part. Customer will need to change it regularly. 

Cylinder moulds have wire application in paper making machines and thickeners, such as tissue paper making machine, fluting paper making machine, kraft paper making machine and cardboard paper making machine etc.
