This paper recycling equipment is used to produce high strength fluting paper and test liner paper of 4200mm width and 100-160 g/㎡. The production flowing is as following:

Air cushion type headbox---- fourdrinier forming section (21m)---- two big jumbo roll press φ1350/φ1350---- Dryer cylinder φ1800+8+10---- horizontal reeling machine.

The whole machine warranty time: normal production run 12 months, bearings and plastic type warranty time is 12months after normally working, the supplier provide lifetime maintenance for the whole machine, and the cost through mutual consultation.

The warranty period start from the date of machine normal working. If Failure during the warranty period, the supplier’s engineers will promptly arrived at the scene responsible for resolving. When submitting this equipment, the supplier need to provide Assembly drawing, Foundation drawing, Transmission drawings, Equipment instructions, equipment list and other technical documents. After the project is completed, if changing, the supplier needs to provide the corresponding change file.
